3. Step-by-Step Application Process
A. Document Preparation
- Scan & notarize in English or Romanian:
- Valid passport
- Academic transcripts/diplomas
- Passport-sized photos
- (If needed) IELTS/TOEFL or preparatory language course registration
B. Send Documents
- Email scanned copies to the UTM International Office via international@adm.utm.md or elena.scripnic@adm.utm.md

C. Admission Response
- UTM sends your application to the Moldovan Ministry of Education to issue a study-eligibility certificate and an official invitation letter.
- You pay the 100 € admission fee (then converted in MDL), after which the invitation letter is issued.
D. Pay Tuition & Apply for Visa/Residence Permit
- Deposit tuition fee into the university’s bank account (amount in MDL).
- With your invitation, apply for a student visa at the Moldovan Embassy in Bangladesh.
- Upon arrival, complete the residence permit process.
E. (If Needed) Language Prep
- If you’re not comfortable with English or Romanian, enroll in the 8-month preparatory year before Bachelor’s studies.
